先王急切关心百姓的农事，
派遣官吏去视察田垄与耕地。
田地荒芜，屋宅连野草都不生，
于是设立法令，责成缴纳粮食布匹。
辛辛苦苦一整年的劳作，
才积聚起勉强维持三年的收成。
农政长久以来得不到修明，
还有几户人家能拥有禾黍满仓呢？
