嘴巴像汝陽王那樣，見到酒就狂態畢露。
腦袋懷疑像蘇秦睏倦時，被繩子懸著般沉重。
兒子來請教文字，幾次我都讓他退下。
客人苦於多言，我也勉強應付一句。
每一天都如期而至，毫不寬貸。
這世間的常情，誰能像你這樣值得依靠？

Not quite dazed, not in dream, a drowsy stupor takes hold.
Sitting with eyes closed, I'm like a monk in trance, calm and cold.
My mouth craves wine like Ru Yang, mad at the sight of brew.
My head feels heavy, as if hung by a rope, tired through.
My son comes asking about words, I send him back thrice.
A guest pains me with many words; I force a brief reply, not nice.
Each day arrives on time, no leniency, no delay.
In worldly feelings, who like you can be relied on, I say?
