醉後愁生任數奇，僧窗借夢入新詩。

zuì hòu chóu shēng rèn shù jī， sēng chuāng jiè mèng rù xīn shī。

ㄗㄨㄟˋ ㄏㄡˋ ㄔㄡˊ ㄕㄥㄖㄣˋ ㄕㄨˋ ㄐㄧ，ㄙㄥㄔㄨㄤㄐㄧㄝˋ ㄇㄥˋ ㄖㄨˋ ㄒㄧㄣㄕ。

覺來著意尋桃李，除了春風總不知。

jué lái zhuó yì xún táo lǐ， chú le chūn fēng zǒng bù zhī。

酒醉之後，愁緒滋生，任憑命運多麼乖舛奇異，

在僧房的窗下，我借夢境來構思新的詩篇。

醒來後，我刻意去尋找桃花與李花，

然而除了春風，誰也不知道它們的蹤跡。

Drunk, sorrow arises, fate seems awry and strange,

By the monk's window, I borrow dreams to weave a new verse.

Awake, I search with care for peach and plum blossoms,

But save the spring breeze, none knows where they disperse.
