原野晴朗，上天似有功勞。
芝草蘭花在幽谷中傲然生長；
蓬草藋草在東風裡長得茂盛。
從政使我自身成爲憂患，
並非因爲作詩才陷入困窘。
暫且追求讓我自己適意的事，
怎敢奢求與衆人相同。

The wilds are clear, heaven's work is manifest.
Orchids and iris scorn the secluded vale;
Weeds and thistles thrive in the eastern wind.
Governance brings affliction to my person;
It's not that poetry has led to my plight.
I only seek what suits my own contentment,
And dare not aspire to be like the common crowd.
