春風吹拂荻草沙洲,暗潮平靜,
紫綠相間、尖新嬌嫩的蘆筍蓬勃生長。
帶著水掐下來,隨手一折就很脆嫩,
划船歸去,滿籃的收穫顯得很輕。
竹根下的筍芽難以獨享美名,
澗底的香芹可以與之搭配做羹湯。
這風味只應漁家佔有,
玉盤盛滿的權貴佳餚早已令人厭倦。
On the reed isle, spring winds blow, the tide is dark and still,
Fresh purple-green tips, tender shoots, begin to sprout at will.
Plucked dripping wet, they snap with ease, so crisp within the hand,
Rowing back, the boat is light, the basket full and grand.
Bamboo shoots, the young delights, can hardly claim all praise,
Fragrant celery from the stream, a perfect match for broths it lays.
Such rustic flavor should belong to fishermen's abode,
Jade plates weary of lordly bream, a simpler, truer code.
