白話文翻譯
醫治患病的眼睛，使得兩眼瞼寬大鬆弛；
迎著風，依然苦於淚水長流不止。
在水邊望月雖然沒有什麼妨礙，
但在燈下看書便覺得十分困難。
每次尋覓詩句都防備憂愁侵入腎臟，
喜好酒杯多是因為熱毒歸於肝臟。
方法應當是刻意收斂精神，內觀自照，
不用金篦刮治，日久自會安康。

Facing the wind, I still suffer tears flowing free.
