一入靈巖寺，憑欄望眼遙。

yī rù líng yán sì， píng lán wàng yǎn yáo。

ㄧㄖㄨˋ ㄌㄧㄥˊ ㄧㄢˊ ㄙˋ，ㄆㄧㄥˊ ㄌㄢˊ ㄨㄤˋ ㄧㄢˇ ㄧㄠˊ。

山深雲障日，江闊夜生潮。

shān shēn yún zhàng rì， jiāng kuò yè shēng cháo。

古洞遺仙跡，流泉傍石橋。

一進入靈岩寺，

憑靠著欄杆，目光望向遠方。

山巒幽深，雲霧遮蔽了日光，

江面寬闊，夜晚潮水湧起。

古老的山洞遺留著仙人的蹤跡，

流動的泉水依傍著石橋。

酒醉後搔著頭吟詠詩句，

覓得佳句，詩興格外豐饒。

Once I entered Lingyan Temple,

Leaning on the rail, my gaze stretched far.

Deep mountains, clouds veil the sun,

The broad river swells with night tide.

Ancient caves bear traces of immortals,

Flowing springs run beside the stone bridge.

Drunk, I scratch my head and chant,

Finding lines, my inspiration overflows.
