我悠閒地登上水邊樓閣眺望遠方，
郊野平原上，人們將要收割莊稼。
破損的屋簷下，今年燕子築巢稀少，
連綿陰雨之後，生病的蟬兒反而更多。
隔著寒冷的溪水，傳來搗衣的砧聲，
晚風送著鐘聲，悠悠飄過。
我那一葉扁舟，何時才能出發離去，
在江上的煙靄中，披著蓑衣，自在漂泊。

I idly climb the waterside pavilion to gaze afar,
Over the countryside, they're ready to reap the grain.
Under the broken eaves, few swallows nest this year,
After the long rains, more sickly cicadas remain.
Beyond the cold stream, washing mallets pound away,
The evening bell drifts with the breeze across the sky.
When will I sail my lonely boat and go away,
And on the misty river, in my straw cloak, lie?
