春風一連幾日催促著花兒綻放，
花兒卻趁著春風凋落在青苔之上。
不必驚訝花中之王也留不住，
這本是因為造物主偶然讓其來又讓其往。
它們暗中隨著蝴蝶的夢飄到書案，
一半追隨著黃鶯的歌聲落在吹臺之畔。
綠葉依依，仍然顯得可愛，
使我吟詠的情思終日為之縈繞徘徊。

The spring wind, for days, urged the flowers to bloom,
Yet they fall with the wind, onto the mossy gloom.
Do not wonder why the king of flowers cannot stay,
For their coming and going is the true lord's way.
Secretly, with butterfly dreams, they drift to the study's desk,
Half-chased by orioles' songs, they fall from the music terrace's rest.
The green leaves, lingering and lovely, still cling,
My poetic soul, all day long, around them does ring.
