你爲何還要再三嘆息，想要更多？
一竹籃的食物，倘若能讓人知足，
自然就會忘卻對八珍美味的貪求。
駝峯的美名盛行於西北之地，
瑤柱的珍奇被東南沿海所誇耀。
只願我永遠不會遭受飢餓的折磨，
那麼即便是藜菜羹湯，我也毫不慚愧。

Why sigh you thrice, my friend, for more to take?
