自從我降生於母胎之中，
便難以逃脫天地造化的掌控。
一絲一毫都有定數安排，
而深妙的禪定境界卻無窮無盡。
事物消長生息的道理深邃可見，
天地機關奧祕瞭然於心，通達無礙。
你若能希求達到八九成的境界，
也足以探問天地本源之功了。

Since I fell into the womb's embrace,
I've been bound by Creation's endless chase.
Each slightest thread is by number decreed,
While the profound trance holds a boundless creed.
The ebb and flow, in depth, are clearly seen;
The hidden springs of fate are grasped, serene.
If you can aspire to eight or nine parts,
You may well inquire of the primal arts.
