雙腳摩挲著青壁從頭頂越過，
心神追逐白雲向天外飛去。
瀑布的聲響讓旅人愁煩了耳朵，
山禽無聲，驚怪這儒生的衣冠。
田翁憐惜我鞋底溼透，
爲我訴說林梢已染上夕陽餘暉。

How can one bear the blazing fire now displaying its might?
Feet rub against the green cliff as I pass over its crest,
My heart chases white clouds flying beyond the sky.
The waterfall's sound troubles the traveler's ears,
The mountain birds, silent, wonder at the scholar's robe.
An old farmer pities my shoes soaked at the roots,
And tells me the forest tips already gleam with evening glow.
