山巒形成一道險峻的梁脊，橫亘千尺，
天空之下，金色的波光在清澈的月波上蕩漾。
幽居的鳥兒不再被下棋的聲響驚動，
深谷依然能回應斧頭砍伐的聲音。
塔雖坍塌，仍留有鴻雁飛過的意境，
井已荒廢，誰還會讓轆轤發出鳴響？
試著將此地與天台山的景色相比較，
只欠缺了玲瓏美玉般的琪樹英華。

The mountain forms a perilous ridge, a thousand feet across,
Under the sky, gold ripples shimmer on the clear moonlit waves.
The secluded birds are no longer startled by the sound of chess,
The deep valley still echoes in reply to the axe's blows.
The ruined pagoda retains the lingering intent of wild geese,
The desolate well—who now sets its creaking windlass to song?
If one tries to compare it with the scenery of Tiantai,
It lacks only the jade-like splendor of the wondrous trees.
