平靜的湖面如明鏡般潔淨，
背後緊貼著青翠的山巒。
離城郭二十里遠，
金碧輝煌的倒影在波光中閃耀。
這裡便是寶華勝境，
萬物鬱鬱蔥蔥，盤踞於此。
那高聳的佛塔多麼壯麗，
一眼望去，天地盡收眼底。
誰還懷念塵世的羈絆，
幾乎想要召喚飛鸞離去。
我一生微渺，有何才能，
唯對山水之情感到心安。
扁舟幾次來到此地，
並非為了排解愁緒。
心意所至，便自行其樂，
杯中之酒，何須追逐歡愉。
何時能結廬於青蓮之中，
超然物外，靜觀心性。
塵世行跡與自身俱忘，
浩然正氣充塞於天地之間。

The lake, a mirror pure, lies placid at the core,
Against whose back the green peaks' silhouettes are drawn.
Some twenty miles away from the city's noisy roar,
Its golden splendor shimmers on the ripples borne.
This is the precious realm where radiance is stored,
Where myriad forms in deep, coiled grandeur are adored.
How grand the towering stupa stands in pride,
Embracing heaven and earth in a single glance wide.
Who, burdened by the dusty harness, would not sigh,
And wish to summon the phoenix to the sky?
My life is slight, what power can I claim?
Yet in hills and streams I find my heart's true aim.
How many times my skiff has come to this shore,
Not to dispel the sorrows I deplore.
When the mood arrives, I take my joy alone,
With wine in hand, I need not chase pleasures flown.
When shall I build a hut of lotus, pure and free,
Transcending cares to view what's beyond me?
Both worldly traces and the self I shall forget,
And roam, vast and boundless, where heaven and earth are met.
