在山嶺雲霧匯聚之處，我稍作盤桓停留，
人們得以鋪開被褥，馬兒也解下了馬鞍。
寒天的豆莢綴滿天空，榆樹歷歷分明；
潔淨的花朵浮於海上，桂樹團團簇擁。
交遊的朋友都已渙散，淵明卻感到欣喜；
吏卒稀少冷清，叔夜覺得寬鬆自在。
方丈中的老翁沒有一根頭髮，
我更明白他前來並非爲了世俗的皮冠。

Attendants few and still, Xi Kang enjoys his ease.
The abbot, old and bald, has not a single hair in sight,
I know he comes not for the hat that worldly men would please.
