黃河的聲勢浩大，難以預測，
大禹治水的功績僅憑傳聞得知。
如今看到一條大河被沖決，
又用兩條渠道來分流。
朝廷的議論終究會行不通，
百姓的嘆息也已經很頻繁。
想要沒有災禍，很難一定做到，
順從眾人的意願，在於我們的君主。
