我夢見一葉扁舟，我們竟成了水上的比鄰。
今日爲躲避兵禍而奔逃，才發覺現實真如一場夢，
由此可知，我們前世定有奇特的因緣。
五湖上煙水朦朧，掩映如畫，
那位鴟夷子皮（范蠡）老翁，曾隱居在其下。
千秋萬代，我們的聲息在夢中相通，
這處居所，你應當借來棲身。
仙人啊仙人，已忘卻塵世紛擾，
待到何年，我才能歸隱，耕種那閒適的堂前田畝？

I dreamt of a skiff, and we became neighbors by the stream.
Today, fleeing war, I find reality a dream indeed,
Now I know our bond was woven in a former life's scheme.

Where the old master, the Owl-skin, chose his retreat serene.
