槿籬茆屋兩三家，急雨捎谿燕子斜。

jǐn lí máo wū liǎng sān jiā， jí yǔ shāo xī yàn zi xié。

萬壑笙鏞號地籟，一天繒絮墮楊花。

白話文翻譯

三兩間茅屋圍著木槿籬笆

急雨掠過溪面，燕子斜飛。

萬壑齊鳴，仿佛大地奏響笙簫

漫天飄墜的柳絮，宛如絲絮紛飛。

風塵瀰漫，我身已先衰老

但舉杯歡飲，意氣尚存豪邁。

朝市之中參差分布著虎穴般的險地

我不嫌此地低溼，願效賈誼作賦長沙。

In sudden rain, swallows slant across the creek.

All ravines roar with earth's music, pipes and strings grand

The sky sheds silk floss, willow catkins, soft and meek.

In dusty turmoil, I grow old before my time

Yet cups of wine still cheer my spirit, bold and free.

Tiger dens unevenly half fill the court's clime

No scorn for lowly dampness, I'll sing of Changsha's plea.
