白話文翻譯
春日湖邊的柳樹泛著鵝黃色，
隔年的蓮藕還凍得僵硬。
翻動池沼，藕節如龍蛇般蠕動，
撐船採挖，藕莖似象牙犄角般修長。
用清泉洗去淤泥與雜質，
潔白的藕段仿佛咬碎了冰霜。
請不要把新生的藕梢都采盡，
待到炎夏，才能有荷葉如翠蓋送來清涼。
