清晨起來，何妨用手板支著下巴。
我自信丹田之中已結滿梨棗般的元氣；
不擔憂瘴癘之雨滯留於茅屋。
海上仙山近在咫尺，而通往朝廷的承明殿卻遙遠；
世路荊棘叢生，有誰與我一同開闢？

This heart has long ceased its restless gallop.
In seclusion, I delight that my door is visited only by sparrows;
Rising at dawn, why not prop my chin upon the court tablet?
I trust my cinnabar field is rich with pears and dates;
I fear not the miasmic rain that lingers over my thatched hut.
The three immortal mountains are close, yet the path to court is distant;
Who will clear the brambled wilderness of this worldly road?
