城牆上響起秋天的號角聲，
暮靄中傳來傍晚的鐘鳴。
風吹動樹枝，驚擾了棲息的鳥兒，
寒霜覆蓋草地，掩住了秋蟲。
長久以來，我辜負了讀書的樂趣，
一直為必須束帶整衣、恭敬辦公而發愁。
此刻因為眾官吏都已散去，
我才得以重享幽靜與慵懶的自由。
