我袖手而立，望著章江空闊而明淨；
倚著微風，殘存的落葉翩翩起舞。
霜中的鷗鳥睡在沙洲上，比雪還白；
霧雨含著細沙，輕飄飄的如同煙靄。
楊柳又一次在南邊的大路上呈現；
《梅花三弄》的曲聲仿佛飄在遠天雲邊。
匣中雙劍忽然鳴響，激起我的興致，
我想要就此搭乘向東而去的船隻。

With sleeves tucked, I gaze at the vast, placid Zhang River;
Leaning in the wind, withered leaves dance with grace and quiver.
Frosty gulls sleep on the isle, whiter than snow they appear;
Misty rain holds sand aloft, light as smoke, far and near.
Once more, willows stand along the southern path in view;
Plum blossoms play their triple tune where distant clouds are blue.
A pair of swords hum in their case, stirring my heart's desire—
I long to board the eastward boat and follow that deep fire.
