猿猴在青翠的山峰間啼叫，
月光籠罩著千山萬壑。
我的身影映落在遙遠的于闐國，
而我的人身卻遠在遼東之地。
這一切都緣於性情的淡泊寧靜，
與從容閒適本就無緣。
如果說這就是運庵和尚的真面目，
那澄澈的深潭豈容蒼龍臥伏。

Severing the true lineage of Yangqi,
Extinguishing the guiding principles of Linji.
Gibbons wail amidst the emerald peaks,
The moon locks a thousand summits in its beams.
My shadow falls in the land of Khotan,
Yet my person dwells in the far east of Liaodong.
All due to a nature of quiet detachment,
Having no share in ease and leisure.
If you call this the true face of Yun'an,
The clear, deep pool allows no azure dragon to repose.
