不要把天、地、人三才的根源分開設立，
這個身體本身也是從一個本源中分化出來的。
四季循環往復，天包裹著地；
萬片雲氣卷舒，山巒間升騰出雲霧。
道在心靈明鏡中常常活潑潑地顯現；
元氣歸入本原之海，自然滔滔不絕地流轉。
百年間保持太和之氣在體內交融；
到老學問沒有成就，只怕還有些虛名被人知曉。

This body too is divided from a single core.
The four seasons revolve, heaven envelops earth;
Ten thousand wisps unfurl, mountains give forth clouds.
The Way in the spirit terrace ever flows and ripples;
The vital breath returns to the primal sea, swirling on its own.
For a hundred years, preserve harmony within the Great Peace;
In old age, learning yields no fruit, yet I fear to be known.
