閒暇時，清朗的白晝漫長得像夜晚。
陰陽二氣在太虛之中升降變化，
心一靜下來，便消磨了萬種繁忙的意念。
忿怒與慾望都空了，內心自然端正，
修行持戒雖無力，夢境卻依然狂放。
可曾在那滄江水中洗過腳，
飛上雲霧繚繞的千仞高岡？

In stillness, myriad restless thoughts take flight.

Have I ever washed my feet in the azure river's flow,
And flown atop the cloud-wrapped cliffs, a thousand fathoms high?
