世人以食薺為貧者之羞，我卻覺得薺菜滋味甘美。
方才看見採薺的人，從都城的南門外走來。
沾滿泥土的鈍刀薄如鐵片，寒霜凌亂地落在青竹籃上。
他帶著籃子走入結冰的池塘，挑揀著參差的根與葉。
雙手凍裂尚不能自飽，食用此物猶令人慚愧。
肥美的羔羊與紅尾的鮮魚，那些腥羶之物不過是貪慾的徒勞追逐。
