放開繮繩和鞭子，牛兒才剛馴熟，
照破天地的明鏡還未曾打磨。
日落時在長滿青苔的磯石上閒適垂釣，
雨後在船篷船舵邊胡亂堆著蓑衣。
明朝一別不知又將身在何處，
又將向著江湖，醉意踏歌而去。

What can be done with this old fool, stubborn and slow?
Like an ox now tamed, freed from rope and goad I stray,
A mirror yet unpolished, can the world's truth show?
At sunset, on mossy rocks, I fish at leisure,

Tomorrow gone, who knows where I'll find my pleasure?
Again to rivers and lakes, drunk, singing, I'll leap.
