用乳汁烹煮的佛粥這麼快就準備好了，
簇擁著春菜的盤子也及時地端了上來。
草木都生機勃勃，它們多麼得意啊，
天地如此浩蕩，對我又有何私心？
懷有才學最忌諱的是被輕易、頻繁地使用，
研習道義應當從不自欺開始。
暫且不要覺得這些規勸令你奇怪，
修養身心，我每日多次反省，這是從先師那裡學來的。
