湖面上千座青翠的山峯環繞如屏，
恰好在這景色絕佳之處，坐落著我的漁家柴門。
我性情迂闊疏懶，自己思量著難以謀取生計，
年老多病，又是誰讓我至今還未脫下這身官衣？
萬里蒼茫的波濤上，沙鷗剛剛隱沒身影，
千年華表之側，仙鶴去而復返，再度歸來。
有一盂粟米飯充飢，我還有什麼遺憾呢？
自古以來，那些高潔之士不也採食野菜薇蕨嗎？

A thousand peaks encircle the lake in emerald hue,
Just where the view is finest, a fisherman's hut stands true.
Too simple and aloof, I find it hard to earn my bread;
Old and ailing, who lets me keep my humble coat unshed?
On the vast blue waves, a gull dives and disappears from sight;
By the aged stone pillar, a crane returns from its long flight.
A bowl of millet rice—what grievance could I hold within?
Since ancient times, the noble have gathered wild ferns, thin and green.
