茅草屋有八九根椽子。
倚著欄杆，秋色綿延萬里；
關上門戶，長年沉醉不醒。
身外的虛名微不足道，
胸中的浩然之氣卻完整無缺。
我這一生由我自己裁決，
恐怕造物主也無可奈何。

His thatched hut has eight or nine beams.
Leaning on rails, autumn stretches ten thousand miles;
Shutting his door, he's drunk for years on end.
Floating fame outside is trivial,
The vast spirit within his breast is whole.
This life I judge and govern for myself,
I fear the Creator holds no power here.
