世俗之間，哪能有人知曉與聽聞。
每每舉杯，屬意於江頭的明月；
贈別客人時，封緘起谷口的雲彩。
行走採摘菖蒲，沿著生滿苔蘚的石磴；
躺臥浮泛小舟，進入鷗鳥的羣中。
盡力營造隱居的趣味，請您不要見怪；
要做得一個閒人，須得下足十分功夫。

The vulgar world could never know this life of mine.
I toast the moon that hangs above the river's bed;
To parting friends, I seal the clouds from the ravine.
I gather sweet flags, climbing mossy steps with care;

To be a man of leisure takes a thorough share.
