歷盡了艱險的道路，如同井宿與參宿般遙遠，
我的鬢髮飽受風霜的侵襲。
平生最不能忍受俗人的眼光，
後世有誰能理解我們這類人的心境？
中原河洛之地正奉行胡人的曆法，
我在山林間虛度光陰，借酒消愁。
慷慨高歌還未唱完，就先躺下枕著枕頭，
衰病之身常常憂慮，感慨萬分深沉。

My temple hair is fully invaded by frost and snow.
