用竹子搭架、茅草苫蓋的幾間小屋，
推開窗戶，眼前便是江水和天空。
略微飢餓，還不至於為漫長的白日發愁，
有點小病，又何妨度過這困厄的年頭。
孤鶴在秋天裡偏偏對寒露格外警覺，
斷裂的山巒將要下雨時，自然生出煙霧繚繞。
我囊中的妙法，您可知道是什麼嗎？
買斷清閒自在，根本不需要花錢。

A thatched hut with bamboo frame, a few rafters in a row,
Pushing open the window, I face the river and sky's glow.
A slight hunger does not yet make me dread the long day's flight,
A minor ailment cannot hinder me through a troubled year's plight.
A lone crane, entering autumn, startles at the dew, alert and keen,
Broken mountains, craving rain, from themselves misty vapors convene.
The wondrous method in my bag, do you know what it might be?
To purchase utter leisure requires no currency.
