我早就知道，那玉璧的價值無法用價格衡量；
誰又會相信，屠龍之人本無所求？
在吟哦詩句的聲音裡，歲月流逝得飛快；
憂心國事，淚眼望處，天地已是一片秋色。
已經錯過了與謝安一同泛舟海上的機會，
更何況沒有王粲那樣的人與我一同登樓。
我這身軀歸宿何處，就請你記下吧——
在那萬里煙波之中，白鷗隱沒的地方。

Who'd believe the dragon-slayer sought no gain?
Chanting poems, I feel the years slip away;
Tears for my country stain the autumn sky with pain.
I've missed the chance to sail with Xie An on the sea;
