寺院的鐘聲吹響，四周山色變得昏暗，
我系好纜繩，來投宿這江邊的村莊。
樹葉凋落並不妨礙生機的充足，
江水退去後，漲水的痕跡依然留存。
爐火通紅，雙手溫暖，讀書稍覺有力，
鼎中湯沸水深，酒也容易變得溫潤。
不要因爲年成不好就擔憂盜賊侵擾，
汪汪叫的小狗正守護著籬笆門。
