天地開闢，北斗星的斗柄迴轉；
今晨紅日遍照池台樓閣。
新的陽氣喚醒了春前的柳樹，
輕微的暖意醫治了雪後的梅花。
瓦屋的螺青色從霧氣中顯露出來，
錦江帶著鴨綠色環抱著山巒流淌而來。
我這衰朽的老翁也追隨孩童一同歡喜，
隨即撥開文書，靠近了酒杯。

This morning the red sun shines over all ponds and terraces.
The new sun revives the willows before spring's arrival;
A gentle warmth heals the plum blossoms after the snow.

The Brocade River, duck-green, embraces the mountains as it comes.
This old man, too, joins in the children's joy,
And promptly pushes aside documents to draw near the wine cup.
