在這侷促的人世間，百事都不如人意；
每次看清亮的鏡子，都不禁嘆息自己的頭顱。
醉後，賞玩風月的心雖然還在，
但年老了，追求官位華服的夢已經沒有了。
棋局正廝殺激烈，我停下晚飯；
詩句還未斟酌穩妥，我對著寒爐比劃。
慶幸的是身體還算強健，這是命運的乘除，
六十歲了，登山還不用人攙扶。

In this cramped world, nothing goes as I wish;
Each time I see the clear mirror, I sigh at my head.
Though my heart for wind and moon remains when drunk,
Dreams of carriage and robes have vanished with old age.
The weiqi battle is intense, I pause the evening meal;
The couplet is not yet settled, I sketch by the cold stove.
I still rejoice in my strong health, by fortune's balance,
At sixty, climbing mountains without a helping hand.
