將富貴真看得同涕唾一樣輕賤。

Every person inherently holds the secret of long life.
To practice it is to make the common folk benevolent and long-lived;
To gather it within can still bring peace to the heart.
Drinking mightily like a whale, the body knows no weariness;
Writing finely like ants, the eyes remain ever bright.
One more thing remains, which you, sir, will find hard to learn:
To treat wealth and honor as lightly as spit and tears.
