歸家閒臥，已如狐狸將頭朝向故丘般安然，
不妨解下佩劍去換一頭吳地的耕牛。
掃除身外那些無關的榮辱得失，
看盡了酒樽前舊日同輩的風流。
學習道法，徒然希望能像僧人一樣坐夏修行，
憂心時事，常愧不如士人防備秋警那般盡心。
一年的曆書已經翻過大半，
嘆息人間的歲月流逝得如此倉促勁急。

No harm in trading my sword for a Wu ox, I find.
Sweeping away idle glory and shame beyond my frame,
I've witnessed all the old companions before the wine, just the same.

Yet worrying for the times, I'm ashamed of scholars guarding against autumn, sunk.
