已經很久沒有到法雲寺來了，
在這秋高氣爽時節，我初次到訪。
廚房供應的茭白鮮美可口，
池塘裡荷花蘸水，紅豔綻放。
在橋邊遇見一位雲遊的僧人，
眺望雲邊，數著過往的船桅。
同遊的朋友遺憾歸去太早，
我們珍重約定，要再來尋訪梅花。

In autumn's height, my first visit this year.
The kitchen offers tender water-shield, a delight,
The pond mirrors the red lotus in full light.
By the bridge, I meet a wandering monk in stride,

Regretful for our early parting, my friend,
We vow to seek the plum blossoms in the end.
