我喜愛這春夜的雨水。
四野的農事都興盛起來，
老人與孩童相繼歌舞歡慶。
互相呼喚著，像長沮那樣去耕種，
分享著喜悅，如同樊遲在園圃中。
豐年的景象已在眼前呈現，
邊塞亭障寂靜，聽不到戰鼓聲。
我歸鄉的日期還沒有定準，
一身官職寄托在管理倉廩。
幸好官府的文書事務寬簡，
不敢怨恨這漂泊羈旅的生涯。

I cherish this spring night's rain from the sky.
Across the countryside, farming tasks now thrive,
Old and young in turn dance and songs revive.
They call each other to plow like Chang Ju of old,
Sharing joy in the garden like Fan Chi, we're told.
A bountiful year is already in sight,
Watchtowers are quiet, no alarm drums in the night.
My return home has no certain date in store,
A minor post in the granary I endure.
Fortunate that official duties are light and few,
I dare not resent this life, a traveler's due.
