柳樹還未飄絮，竹筍尚未抽芽，
郊野的春風和陽光正清朗柔和。
簾影稀疏，正好供人高臥休憩，
轎竿輕輕晃動，懶得外出遊玩。
沒有客人一同籌劃良宵醉飲，
只有花兒徒然觸動往年的愁緒。
烏雲生成，只怕又要化作雨水，
我獨自走向園頭，去聽斑鳩的啼鳴。

The spring countryside's breeze and sunlight are just clear and gentle.
Sparse shadows of the curtain invite a lofty reclining,
Lazily, the sedan pole sways, reluctant to venture out.
No guest to share plans for a fine night's drunkenness,
Flowers only stir the sorrows of bygone years.
Clouds gather, I fear they may yet turn to rain,
Alone, I go to the garden's edge to listen to the turtledoves.
