南邊道路上爭牛的事情已經成爲過去，
彩燈裝飾的山景又臨近了放燈賞玩的時節。
和煦的春風已經染綠了千萬縷柳絲，
寒冷的山間，茶樹還未展開那一片嫩芽。
酒後的愁悶，尤其是在與人分別之後更甚，
而春光偏偏在雪後初晴時最爲明媚。
路旁的人笑話我依然如此清高狂放，
我騎在馬上，細細觀賞山色，吟詠詩篇。

The colorful hills herald the time for lanterns to be raised.
The gentle wind has dyed a thousand strands of willow green;
The chilly hills delay the tea leaves' tender shoot, unseen.
My wine-induced malaise grows worse when friends have gone away;
Yet spring's own radiance shines most bright on a clear, snowy day.
By the roadside, they laugh to see my pure, unbridled soul;
On horseback, I gaze at the hills and chant my verses whole.
