白菜和韭菜常常接連不斷，
萵苣和藤蔓也綽綽有餘。
家境貧寒，缺少精米肥肉，
身體有病，忌諱食用蛙類和魚鮮。
幸而還有一塊荒蕪的菜畦，
何妨每天去扛著鋤頭勞作呢？
