一隻烏鴉翩然飛升，
一隻鷂鷹倏忽下降。
不僅能飽食殘羹剩飯，
也可免遭彈弓射傷。
巡繞屋簷抓取干肉，
闖入屋舍掠奪膾炙。
可嘆你們貪得無厭，
因此招致驅趕恐嚇。
物之情理貴在能改，
一次過失也可寬赦。
一併告誡黃雀羣鳥，
莫要輕易毀我莊稼。

A hawk swoops down, suddenly.
They feast on leftovers, it's true,

They snatch dried meat from eaves in flight,

All creatures should mend their own way,
