那顯赫的內心光明，誰能加以阻礙？
連綿輕柔的鼻息，自然均勻地流淌。
在蒲草佛龕與紙帳中藏身，安穩妥帖，
伴著香碗與燈籠，夢境也煥然一新。
不要因爲霜寒而懷念溫暖，
少室山立雪求道的那位又是何人？

Now I find peace in meditation, a cause from days bygone.

Do not yearn for warmth when frost and cold begin to bite,
