可以識得天地的心意。
稚子啊，請勿砍斫，
片片葉子都蘊含著元氣。
人們都驚訝於這種姑息，
姑息本是細微之事。
只恐生生之道泯滅，
形與色在鼎中沸騰。

Myriad flowers vie in wondrous display,
Yet humble grass is also worthy of esteem.
Through all four seasons, spring never goes away;
One may perceive Heaven and Earth's intent supreme.
Young ones, take care, do not cut it down with haste;
Each leaf contains the primal breath, the vital force.
All men might marvel at such leniency misplaced,
But this indulgence is a matter of small course.
I only fear the Way of Life might be undone,
And form and hue in the cauldron boil as one.
