鋤去荒草，在清新的雨中種下新苗，
新芽茁壯生長，美麗又鮮艷。
生計雖然清貧卻不感到羞愧窘迫，
採摘收穫足以讓我飽足。
我的筐籃里常常盛滿芬芳的菜蔬，
用鹽和濃醋加以醃製。
人的舌根總是貪戀珍饈美味，
而你的味道正是一劑針砭良藥。
將這種心境充塞於宇宙天地之間，
每一處境界都浩大圓滿，毫無欠缺。

The sprouts rise fair, a lovely, vibrant sight.
My humble living holds no cause for shame,
