流逝的時光驟然已過去了十分之三。
樹根蜷曲、枝條折斷的景象令人掛念，
而我衣衫破舊、鞋履穿洞尚可自堪。
天樞運轉錯亂了寒暑節令，
地軸開合偏差了南北方位。
天地在隱秘中推移變化世人難以測度，
怎能找到一位雄辯之士來暢談這其中的奧秘？

Time's flowing light has swiftly fled, three-tenths unmanned.
Roots coiled, branches broken—things pitiful to see,

Earth's axis opens, shifts the south and north from norm.
The cosmos shifts in secret, none can comprehend,
Where find a master of debate this truth to rend?
