斷續的號角聲被報曉的鐘聲接續，
惋惜時光，春天的氣息已然消散一空。
拂曉的星辰依然陪伴著將落的月亮，
清晨的細雨抵擋不住勁吹的風。
睡眠與飲食必須注意調養衰老的身體，
穿戴好衣冠，勉強自己以公事爲重。
庭院的樹蔭已完全染成一片綠色，
再也看不見殘留的點點紅花。

The broken horn's sound is taken up by the tolling bell,
Regretting time, spring's essence has already fled.
The morning star still keeps the waning moon company,
The early rain cannot withstand the urging wind.
For sleep and food, one must care for aging's needs,
In cap and robe, I force myself to face the public day.
The courtyard shade is wholly clad in verdant green,
No longer can one see the lingering traces of red.
